If you are too unwell or infirm to visit the Surgery, please telephone before 10am as this allows the doctors to plan their visits.

The receptionist answering your call will need to ask you certain questions regarding the complaint. These details are necessary to enable us to deal with the most urgent calls first.

Where possible you will be asked to attend the Surgery, as facilities for examination and treatment are much better there.
