We are consistently experiencing a high volume of calls to the surgery and in fact since February, the number of patients telephoning the surgery has doubled. As you can imagine this is putting a huge strain on the telephone system and as a surgery we are trying to address this issue.
Among other things we are looking at alternative telephone systems, but would also ask for your help in only telephoning the surgery if it is essential for you to speak directly to a receptionist.
Through our website you can access most services, for example you can order medication, get advice from a clinician, request a medical certificate, update your contact details etc.
